Ultimate Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant for a client in Sacramento. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys supporting day-to-day administrative operations.


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to office staff and management
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare, file, and maintain electronic and paper documents
  • Assist with data entry, reports, and correspondence
  • Order office supplies and support front desk operations as needed
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office support experience required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
